Our founder, Manuel Biermann, built Talmore+ - a recruitment platform for the Philippine market focused on pre-qualifying candidates and running 360-degree recruitment operations across Southeast Asia. This hands-on experience building offshore teams, recruiting actual candidates, and developing platforms to evaluate and qualify talent directly informed the development of our AI-powered evaluation system.
