1. Company Information

Talent Sourcer AI is operated by BLANKK VENTURES PTE. LTD., a company registered in Singapore with its registered office at 160 Robinson Road, #14-04 Singapore Business Federation Center, Singapore (068914).

2. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using Talent Sourcer AI's services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

3. Description of Service

Talent Sourcer AI provides AI-powered talent sourcing and recruitment tools for recruitment agencies and talent acquisition professionals. Our services include:

• - Candidate Screening: Upload CSV files with candidate profile links for automated analysis
• - AI-Powered Evaluation: Intelligent matching of candidates against job requirements (briefings)
• - Shortlist Management: Organize and manage qualified candidates
• - Contact Enrichment: Find professional contact information for shortlisted candidates
• - Email Campaign Operations: Connect authorized inboxes to send campaign emails and process inbound replies

4. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

• - Provide accurate and complete information
• - Maintain the security of your account
• - Use the services in compliance with all applicable laws
• - Not engage in unauthorized automated access or data collection
• - Use candidate data only for legitimate recruitment purposes
• - Comply with all applicable privacy and data protection laws
• - Not upload or process highly sensitive personal data (including payment card data, government ID numbers, or health data) unless expressly permitted by us in writing

4.1 Connected Email Account Responsibilities

• - You authorize us to access and process your connected mailbox data only to provide the features you enable
• - You authorize us to process connected mailbox data as needed for service reliability, abuse prevention, security, deliverability, and support troubleshooting
• - You represent that you have authority to connect and use each mailbox with our service
• - You are responsible for campaign legality and compliance, including anti-spam, marketing, and communications laws
• - You must not use the service to send unlawful, deceptive, or abusive communications

4.2 Sending Policy

Your use of outreach and campaign features is also governed by our Sending Policy. You are solely responsible for message content, targeting, recipient lists, and legal compliance (including anti-spam and marketing communications requirements, such as CAN-SPAM where applicable).

4.3 Data Use Restrictions

• - Data accessed through connected inboxes may only be used for user-facing functionality in the service
• - You may not resell, broker, license, publish, or otherwise commercialize data obtained through the service as a standalone data product
• - You may not use service-derived data to build public, third-party, or competitive datasets

5. Contact Enrichment Terms

By using the contact enrichment feature, you acknowledge and agree that:

• - You are the data controller for all enriched contact information
• - You are solely responsible for complying with GDPR, CCPA, and all other applicable privacy laws
• - You must have a lawful basis (such as legitimate interest) to process candidate contact data
• - Data is sourced from publicly available professional profiles via third-party providers
• - All data processing occurs in the United States
• - We act solely as a data processor and are not liable for your use of enriched data
• - You must honor all opt-out and data deletion requests from data subjects

6. Third-Party Data Services

Our services utilize third-party data providers to:

• - Fetch public candidate profile information
• - Enrich candidate contact details

You acknowledge that we depend on these third-party services and their availability may affect our service quality. We are not responsible for the accuracy or completeness of third-party data.

Integrations with third-party platforms may change, be suspended, or be discontinued by those providers at any time. We are not liable for third-party platform outages, policy changes, or resulting interruptions to integration-based features.

7. Billing and Payments

Our billing and payment terms are governed by the following policies:

• - All prices are in USD unless otherwise specified
• - Subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis
• - Credits for contact enrichment are deducted based on successful data retrieval

7.1 Bring Your Own Key (BYOK) Billing Disclaimer

• - If you connect third-party AI provider accounts or API keys (including OpenAI, OpenRouter, Anthropic, or similar providers), those charges are billed directly by the provider to you
• - Any usage, token, or cost information shown in Talent Sourcer AI is provided as an estimate for convenience only
• - We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of estimated usage or cost information
• - Third-party provider records and invoices are final and controlling for all BYOK-related charges
• - To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for discrepancies between estimated costs shown in the service and actual third-party provider charges

7.2 Credit Rollover Cap

• - Where rollover is offered, rollover credits are subject to a maximum cap based on your plan or applicable pricing terms
• - Any amount above the applicable rollover cap will not roll over into the next billing period
• - We may update rollover eligibility or rollover cap amounts from time to time by updating pricing terms or notifying you through the service

8. Data Usage and Privacy

Your use of our services is governed by our Privacy Policy. By using Talent Sourcer AI, you consent to our data practices as described in the Privacy Policy available at /privacy.

For Google account integrations, our handling of Google user data is limited to providing and securing the user-facing functionality you enable in the product.

9. Service Modifications

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any part of our service with or without notice. We shall not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuance of the service.

10. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of Talent Sourcer AI are owned by BLANKK VENTURES PTE. LTD. and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, BLANKK VENTURES PTE. LTD. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly.

Without limiting the foregoing, we are not liable for third-party provider billing outcomes, including any difference between provider-billed amounts and estimates displayed in the service.

12. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to our services immediately, without prior notice, for any violation of these Terms of Service. Refer to our Cancellation Policy for details about account termination procedures.

Without limiting the foregoing, we may:

• - Pause, limit, or disable sending and mailbox connectivity for suspected abuse, security risk, or policy non-compliance
• - Suspend access while investigating potentially unlawful, deceptive, or high-risk sending behavior
• - Permanently terminate accounts for repeated or material violations

After termination, we may delete account and service data in accordance with our retention and legal obligations. Where reasonably feasible and legally permitted, we may provide a limited export window for your data.
