No. The check counts show how far the monthly credits go if used only for that type of check. Enrichment, campaign generation and candidate checks share the same allowance.
With BYOK, a new candidate check uses 1 application credit, and model usage is billed separately to your own provider account. Your credits can cover more checks, but the external AI bill is yours.
Unused credits roll over up to a cap of twice your plan's monthly credit allocation. On renewal, any balance above that cap is removed.
The plans on this page are paid monthly subscriptions. The 30-day money-back guarantee applies once to a new customer's first Basic subscription payment. The app also currently has a separate BYOK trial: validating a provider key unlocks 100 one-time credits, with seven days of LinkedIn access starting at the first connection.
You can cancel renewal through Organization settings > Billing & plan > Manage billing in the app or contact support. Cancellation normally leaves access available until the end of the billing period. An eligible Basic guarantee request is handled separately from ordinary cancellation.
