1. Purpose
This Sending Policy explains acceptable use requirements for any campaign, outreach, or follow-up message sent through Talent Sourcer AI, including messages sent through connected inboxes.
2. Compliance Requirements
- - You must comply with all applicable anti-spam, privacy, marketing, and communications laws in each target jurisdiction
- - This includes the CAN-SPAM Act for U.S. recipients and similar local laws (for example GDPR/ePrivacy rules where applicable)
- - You are responsible for establishing and documenting a lawful basis for contacting each recipient where required
- - You must honor unsubscribe, opt-out, and suppression requests without undue delay
- - You must not misrepresent identity, sender information, subject matter, or commercial intent
2.1 Campaign Content Rules
- - Every campaign email must include a clear and functional unsubscribe or opt-out mechanism
- - Commercial outreach must clearly identify the sender and use accurate "From" and "Reply-To" information
- - Where required by applicable law, messages must include a valid business postal address and legally required disclosures
3. Prohibited Conduct
- - Sending unlawful, deceptive, abusive, or harassing emails
- - Sending malware, harmful payloads, or unsafe links
- - Uploading or using purchased, scraped, or otherwise unlawful recipient lists
- - Using the service for phishing, fraud, impersonation, or unauthorized account access
- - Continuing to send to recipients who have unsubscribed, objected, or been added to suppression lists
- - Using data obtained through the service for resale, brokering, or unrelated third-party commercialization
4. Connected Inbox Responsibilities
- - You may connect only inboxes for which you have valid authority and authorization
- - You remain responsible for all activity sent through your connected inboxes
- - You are responsible for your recipient lists, content, targeting, and campaign settings
5. Enforcement
To protect platform integrity, we may:
- - Pause or limit sending capabilities
- - Require remediation actions before reactivation
- - Block or suppress unsafe recipients and destinations
- - Suspend or terminate access for repeated or severe violations
